Welcome to Brandie Newman Designs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Brandie Newman Designs. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

2. PRODUCTS

Brandie Newman Designs offers handcrafted, customized, and limited-production products. Because many of our hats are individually finished by hand, slight variations in color, texture, placement, stitching, distressing, leather pattern, embellishments, and other details may occur.

These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors and details. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

3. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Many Brandie Newman Designs products are made or customized specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, initials, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other customization selections.

Personalized information will generally be produced exactly as submitted.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders may not be changed or canceled.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for the purchaser, all custom and personalized sales are final, except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged or contains an error made by Brandie Newman Designs.

4. HAT SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate hat size and reviewing available sizing information before ordering.

Fit can vary depending on head shape, hairstyle, hat style, and individual preference.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or product-description errors and, where permitted by law, cancel orders affected by an obvious error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue the applicable refund.

7. SHIPPING

Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization.

Estimated processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because most Brandie Newman Designs hats are handcrafted, customized, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Normal variations associated with handcrafted products are not considered defects.

9. ORDER DAMAGE

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your package or product arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and contact Brandie Newman Designs as soon as possible with clear photographs of:

• The damaged product

• The exterior shipping box

• The interior packaging

• The shipping label

This information may be necessary to process a carrier claim or determine an appropriate resolution.

10. CARE & ALTERATIONS

Our hats may contain wool, leather or vegan leather, crystals, pearls, feathers, fabric, metal hardware, adhesives, stitching, veils, and other decorative materials.

Customers should follow any care instructions provided with their product.

Brandie Newman Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, exposure to water or excessive heat, crushing, misuse, unauthorized alterations, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Brandie Newman Designs content, including original hat designs and design elements to the extent protected by applicable law, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website content, artwork, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Brandie Newman Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content from this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create confusingly similar branding or marketing materials without written permission.

12. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Product photographs and other content displayed on our website or social media accounts are provided for informational and promotional purposes.

Customers may share photographs of products they have purchased for personal, noncommercial purposes, but Brandie Newman Designs photographs, graphics, and marketing materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
